That’s right everyone, Vivid’s Steven Hirsch has just received another letter from a celebrity’s legal team demanding that he stop using this person’s name to help sell the video. The celebrity in question? None other than That’s 70′s Show, Ashton Kutcher. The sex tape that Vivid has is of Ashton’s self-alleged mistress, Brittney Jones.

Ashton is pissed off and claims Vivid is illegally using his name to push the porn. His lawyers have sent a letter to Vivid’s Steve Hirsch claiming they’re specifically pissed over a press release for the video, which says, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”

The letter also states that Vivid is infringing on the actor’s “marketable celebrity identity value” and will unleash a legal nightmare for Vivid if they do not stop marketing the video with Asthon’s name. To check out the full letter click here.

The real TMZ spoke to Steve who tells them, “We received the letter late this afternoon and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney.  We will respond accordingly.“

Rumor has it that Devon James, Tiger’s alleged baby mama,  is currently talking to several companies and trying to sell  her 62 min sex tape with Tiger Woods. The tape reportedly contains 37 mins of sex.

As reported by TMZ, Octomom is on the brink of losing her home if she doesn’t come up with a thousands of dollars in back payments and a $450,000 balloon payment due on October 9th. Vivid Entertainment has once again offered to help her out by offering her $500,000 to do one scene for one hour to help with her cash flow problems.

Vivid also offered her 1 million back in 2009 but that offer was obviously rejected.

Montana Fisburne has a team of lawyers who have shot Brian Pumper several letters demanding his production company stop the sale of Phatty’s Rhymes and Dimes 14. The tape has footage of Montana and Brian Pumper engaging in some XXX fun. The letters state that Montana never signed a release for Brian to use the material that they shot.

Fishburne tells TMZ that the reason she consented to Brian shooting footage of them getting it on was because he offered to help her practice for her Vivid Entertainment debut.

So the real TMZ caught Montana Fishburne and had a few questions to ask her about her dad’s boys trying to buy out all her DVDs before they were released and how she wants her family to be proud of her regardless of what career path she chooses for herself. She seems pretty excited about her movie and is glad that her dad’s friends failed at stopping the release. She wants all her potential fans to see this video so she can show the world how talented she is.

Ok…so here is the real story on Montana Fishburne. We received an email stating that she actually shot her first scene with Brian Pumper for Phattys’ Rhymes & Dimes #14 and Vivid wasn’t the first company to capture her on video.  There is also news that Vivid will release the video on August 10 instead of August 18  because the scene with Pumper was slated for a release date of two weeks before Vivid was going to originally release the movie. Of course that’s just all speculation. The real reason that Vivid is releasing the movie is because they claim their is a  “high demand” for the movie.

Stilts and DeVoe Get the Real Story Behind Montana Fishburne

(Los Angeles, CA) Everyone knows that Larry Fishburne’s daughter, Montana Fishburne, has made her porn debut that will be streeting on August 10th. But Vivid isn’t the first company to capture 19-year-old Montana (or Chippy D) and her life isn’t the fairytale that we all think it is. Alexander DeVoe and Sharee “Stilts” English had an extremely controversial show on The Stilts & DeVoe Show on L.A. Talk Radio, yesterday. The show started of with an appearance by Freaky Empire’s Brian Pumper, who was the first person to shoot and be in a scene with Montana, but got scooped by Vivid. When he worked with her on Phatty’s Rhymes & Dimes #14, he didn’t want to make a big deal about it. But then Media Takeout, a gossip site, got a copy of a TMZ-style interview street tape Pumper made and broke the news on their site. It blew up on TMZ and the rest is history. But, the story behind the story was told by Montana’s best friend, Nene (pronounced nee nee). NeNe called in and talked about J. Pipes getting together with Montana and pimping her out for the last year, along with her alleged drug use and how something deeper motivated her to get into porn. Carltonjordan.com has confirmed that Montana was arrested for prostitution and has a copy of her arrest report posted on their site.

“We mix Adult and mainstream guests and you never know who will be on our show,” says Director Alexander DeVoe. “Sharee and I like to talk about controversial topics and this show was definitely that. The boards were on fire with callers. There were so many that we couldn’t get to them all.”

It’s not really a celebrity sex tape, but it is the sex tape of a daughter to a celebrity. Laurence Fishburne’s 19 year old daughter, Montana Fishburne will be starring in a porn flick for Vivid Entertainment. As reported by TMZ.com earlier, she’s doing this to help boost her Hollywood career stating that “I’ve watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape.”

Forget about following TIP if all else fails, just turn around and follow KIM!

The tape is set to release in August.

According to sources, Vivid Entertainment has acquired the tape through a third party source and believes it has the right to move forward with the distribution of the tape.  “We’ve been trying to reach Kendra but have so far been unsuccessful.  We therefore made the decision to release Kendra Exposed to stores across the country by the end of May,’ said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid.  “We believe this could be our all time best selling celebrity tape.”

The explicit tape was made before she was engaged to and married Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, (is he even still in the NFL) receiver Hank Baskett. The name of her sex partner in the video, that was shot prior to her moving into the Playboy mansion, has not been revealed.

Relax guys, J. Lo didn’t start doing porn. However, her ex-husband Ojani Noa and another man, Ed Meyer seem to have video footage of her in some very compromising situations. The suit  states that Meyer had bought the “exclusive rights” to “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage” of the ex couple from Noa.
