According to Darrah Ford on April 1st Dirty D’s lawyer filed a not guilty plea and requested the Judge to reduce his $200,000 bond to $40,000 so he can use the difference to pay for his legal fees. The Judge sided with the prosecutors and denied the request. Prosecutors say he has more than enough money to support his case. They also claim that officials found $60,000 in cash at his house and that his company is worth a million dollars.
Dirty D has been arrested on two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and two counts of promotion of a sexual performance by a child.

Michael Storm a.k.a Dirty D has been allowed to turn himself in when he sets foot on U.S. soil says Jenny Dahling, a spokeswoman for Dirty D. Florida authorities have charged him with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content. Kelsey Cummings is the underage girl who claims that Dirty D knowingly shot her in a scene when she was only 17 years old. Mr. D claims that the woman’s statements are completely false and inflammatory.
Police received a mailed letter that included photos of the woman in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com (one of many sites owned and operated by Dirty D) and that’s when the investigation began.
Police served warrants and seized much of his Tampa Bay-based business operations and took cash, videos and 10 terabytes of data. They have also arrested and charged two employees that work for Dirty D — Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz — with two counts each of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Both have been released on $20,000 bail.
