Interview with Adrianna Luna

What made you get into the industry?

I got into the industry after one of my girlfriends suggested I do it. I was stuck in a career that wasn’t fulfilling, working for a company I wasn’t passionate about. In short, I was stuck in a place I never wanted to be. I knew I needed to make a change and I was looking for a job that would give me a lot of flexibility in my schedule, so that I could figure out what it was that I wanted to do and have the time to go back to school if needed. I thought my girlfriend was crazy for suggesting porn, but it turned out to be a great move for me. I’m loving every minute of this crazy ride, and look forward to going to work! I feel really lucky to be able to do something I really enjoy.

Describe your first scene. What emotions were you feeling? Where you scared? Nervous?

I was so scared and nervous. I honestly didn’t know if I’d be able to go through with it. I remember showing up to set and being super quiet and shy, and I couldn’t stop my hands from sweating. Everyone from the crew to talent made me feel so welcomed and at ease. By the end of the day, I was walking around naked with a smile on my face. I had a great time!

Did you ever watch porn before getting into porn?

I had never sat through a whole scene of porn before getting into the industry. I had stumbled upon some soft-core scenes on HBO and showtime, but I never had scene any hardcore scenes until the night before my first scene.

Who are your favorites to work with in the industry? Male and Female.

My favorite male is Derrick Pierce! My favorite female is Ella Milano!

How do you feel about the condom law?

I’m not fully educated on all the details of the law, but from what I’ve heard, I’m against it. I feel that it should be the talent’s decision whether or not condoms are used. It’s not going to stop porn shoots and just seems like a big inconvenience for everyone.

When you found out about the potential STD scares – how did you feel about the industry? Did you ever have thoughts about quitting?

I feel safe when I go to work, and feel like I lead a safer sex life than most of my civilian friends. We’re tested every month, and I’ve been totally healthy in my first year of porn. Most civilians only test once a year if that.

What do you hope to accomplish in the industry?

I would love to continue growing my name and hopefully turn it into a brand one day. I have really embraced this industry and would love to be able to become involved behind the camera, with adult merchandise, dancing, etc. I’m open to all opportunities coming my way, and am very excited to see what this year will bring.

Do you go out with civilians? If so, do you tell them what you do? What are their reactions?

Yes. Most of my friends I’ve had since childhood and remain very close with them. I spend most of my free time with civilians. All of the people closest to me know what I do and support me. When I meet someone new I don’t tell them what I do. It’s not something that I really put out there, but I don’t hide it if I’m asked.

Describe your ideal first date.

I’m really traditional, so I’d say dinner and a movie.

What is a typical weekend night for you?

I’m really into fitness and lead a very healthy lifestyle, so I’m not big on the party scene. Most weekend nights, I’m usually recovering from training, at the movies with friends, or catching up with friends at a local spot.

What is your favorite position?

What was your craziest sexual experience? On and off camera.

On camera, I’d have to say a 12 person orgy. I felt like such a whore in the best possible way for going through so many different people. I loved it! Off camera, sex on a plane. I had met this guy on a trip I took to the Caribbean last year and we ended up really hitting it off. It turned out we were on the same flight back and couldn’t keep our hands off each other.
