According to multiple news sources, Michelle “Bombshell” Mcgee, has come out and admitted to an 11 month affair that she had with Jesse James. Saundra Bullock has moved out of the house and in lieu of all this, Janine could be one step closer to getting her daughter back. Currently she has made some improvements in this custody battle and has obtained more phone contact with her daughter.
James’ mistress is a tattoo and fetish model, stripper and hosts live cam shows at home. She is also in the adult industry and known to be a white supremacist, has tattoos of white power, often seen posing with pictures of swastikas during photo shoots and takes her two children along with her on photo shoots.
McGee states that Jesse led her to believe that he only married Saundra for the PR and they were separated. She realized that he was lying to her when she saw Jesse James crying at the Oscars when Saundra gave her acceptance speech.
The next court hearing regarding this custody battle will be sometime in the summer. The real victim in all of this?….Janine and Jesse’s daughter.
Because of all the drama that is going on in the custody battle over Janine and Jesse James’ 6 year old daughter, we decided that it was time for another poll. So if you haven’t figured it out already, SUP69 wants to know: Who do you think would make a better mom to Sunny? Janine or Sandra?
Janine is granted daily phone calls with her 6-year old daughter Sunny. She’s been denied any visitation while doing her time in a halfway house in Oregon for violating parole in a tax evasion case. Family law Commissioner Thomas Schulte refused to order Jesse James to bring his daughter at least once to the Portland, Ore., YMCA facility where Janine will be spending her next four months. The Commissioner increased her phone contact with her daughter from 3 days to daily phone calls.
Janine claims that she’s been denied phone contact by James. But James argues back by saying that Janine often misses the scheduled call time and sometimes demands to talk to her when she is in school. James also claimed Janine has missed four out of the five last scheduled visits with their daughter, including a court-ordered Christmas sleepover she fought for and won in December.
Jesse James also claims that he has to counsel his daughter after she gets off the phone with her mother because she doesn’t exercise any restraint and talks about prison and other things that a 6 year old child may not fully understand.

Janine is forced to return to a halfway house in Oregon, rules U.S. District Judge Thomas Coffin, for allegedly violating the rules set forth by her former halfway house. She must also stop all adult work, but can stay married to her new bad boy, Jeremy Aikman.
She will be doing a four month stint at her new diggs and if all goes well, will be allowed to return to Porn Valley if all goes well in May. Then barring any other bumps in the road, she will be allowed to do porn and whatever else she wants to do in September.
She is set to be back in court February 1 regarding a custody battle about her daughter, Sunny with ex-husband Jesse James.
With only a couple weeks away from her overnight visit with her daughter, Janine Lindemulder, was caught on a BTS (Behind The Scenes) reel with Jessica Jaymes saying that she is back in porn and here to stay. Hmmm….hopefully the Judge will understand that she works hard for her money.

The Judge has denied Lindemulder’s request for weekly overnight visits and imposed two conditions for the Christmas visit: that she suspend her nightly porn Webcast, and that her daughter not have any contact with Lindemulder’s new husband, a tattooed ex-con she married despite a federal court order to steer clear of felons.
