Ok so here’s the deal. We present our readers with this. Do you feel it’s fair for a company to shoot you for a content trade with some of their girls and then go around and put your scene in a DVD to sell and make money off that shoot? Everything is legit and is written in a contract for you to sign and read.

On the other side, do you think it is fair if you are a performer and do not agree with those terms and decide to set up a live cam show to show your fans the content that you plan to shoot and charge them for it, while opposing the terms of the other company to use your scene that they shot of you for a DVD so that they can cover the cost for your content trade shoot.

Yes? No? Well such is the case of Nina Mercedez and the Puba network. Nina agreed to shoot a content trade with the them but did not agree to the terms of their contract and did not want them to use her content trade scene for a future DVD release. So they decided to agree with her terms and shoot her without releasing her scenes in a DVD.

However, on the day of the shoot she sets up a live cam show and charges her fans 12.99 a minute so that they can watch her shoot the scene and claims this is what she always does for her shoots. Keep in mind that she did not inform the company of this till the day of. So who’s right here? Both sides are just trying to make money? Is there really any wrong with that?

It seems that the main problem here is clearly defining and understanding the term “content trade.” It seems Nina and Ivan from the Puba Network had their little disagreement after and went back and forth on twitter. A truce was made but then Jayden Jaymes jumps on her blog and expresses her opinions on the situation. Which then pushed Nina to write her own response. We will post a link to both Jayden’s and Nina’s blog.

Both sides make valid points for doing what they want to do and their reasoning behind it.

Nina Mercedez feels content trade is strictly between the models involved and should be kept for exclusive use for the other person’s site and not used for DVD distribution.

Puba Network and Jayden Jaymes don’t see the problem with it because you sign away your content and believe they have the right do whatever they want with the content after it is shot.

One wants people to understand that it’s important and vital to maintain a certain amount of integrity and to  keep your value and not just release your content to anyone and allow them to do what they want with it.

One is a hustler who believes that if you can make money in different ways by utilizing all avenues to do it then by all means get your hustle on.

Do we really care? Not really, but we wanted you to know so that we can set up a poll for ya’ll!!! So here’s the question!! Who do you think is right in this situation?!

Jayden Jaymes recently went off on her blog regarding Vivid Entertainment and how one of their production managers tried to get her to do more for less. She was hired to do a BGG (boy/girl/girl) scene for Vivid and, upon calling the production manager regarding wardrobe, was also told that they wanted her to do a mobile shoot (which was not originally agreed on). She was already getting paid $300 less than her normal rate and only wanted an additional $100 for the mobile shoot. This was not the first run and dispute regarding pay with Jayden. What we want to know is… Do you think Jayden was right for standing up for herself and demanding the extra cash for the mobile content?

No, it wasn’t adult toys. These lovely ladies were at Lucky Strike hosting a toy drive to help benefit LA Childrens Hospital. Not only are these girls BEAUTIFUL, but they are also into charity work and generous. Perfect women? We think so. Obviously the winner of our hottest Nikki poll had our camera guy a little shy. He was at a little loss for words and completely forgot to say “hi” to Jayden Jaymes. Our bad Jayden. Think it’s time for a new camera guy? One that doesn’t get star struck?….haha….try and enjoy…

Update: So it seems the MacRacist and Jayden beef has come to an end all through Twitter. How you like that? Twitter can ignite drama and end it as well. According to a Jayden Jaymes tweet @MacKenzee Pierce:

The lovely Jayden Jaymes recently blogged about a strange run-in she had with another adult entertainer. She tried to be discreet about the person she was talking about but if you read through the blog, did a little research and have the ability to put things together, you can pretty much figure out who she is talking about. But we are here to make things easy for you. We’ll do the grunt work and you all just enjoy. She was referring to the one and only Mackenzee “MacRacist” Pierce. Jayden was at a sushi restaurant meeting her videographer, Ivan when Mackenzee saw him and that’s were it all went down. She acted like a child when talking to Jayden and was unwilling to resolve the situation like an adult when Jayden inquired about it. She claims that Jayden was putting her on blast on freeones.com. Apparently, all Jayden James said was:

“I also shot for Fuck Team 5 yesterday with ***** ***** and ********* ****** It was soooo much fun! ***** was awesome, and *********, although very HOT, was a bit annoying! But the whole shoot was fun!”
