According to TMZ Jenna and Tito have gotten back together. They went onto claim that the accusations and statements they made to the cops initially were out of shock. They say what happen has been “dramatically distorted.”
Tito has backed off his allegations about Jenna being addicted to Oxycontin. Tito’s current position is that he found two pills and may have jumped to conclusions. Jenna says the pills are very old. Jenna also tested negative for drugs.
So what’s the deal here? Do they really love each other and want to make it work? Or could the $15 million that Tito Ortiz stands to lose if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence play a role in it — the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.
We obviously know who would win in a fight. But she claims that he threw her in the tub, he claims she is addicted to OxyContin. Who’s really telling the truth?

Tito Ortiz was arrested earlier this morning for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson. When the cops showed up at their home, Jenna had “visible injuries.” Her father made the 911 call and TMZ photogs caught her outside her home where she stopped and said “I’m gonna be alright,” and plans on pressing charges.

No, not in that way. According to TMZ.com , a lawsuit was filed in LA Superior Court by Jameson’s former divorce team — Hersh, Mannis and Bogen L.L.P — claims that she owes them over $70,000 for work dating back to 06.

It’s also reported by Lukeisback.com that Jay Grdina (Jenna’s ex husband) and Jenna are being sued by Jay’s brother, John Grdina. John claims that he loaned them $250,000 to buy Penthouse and when the deal fell through, they only paid back half of that amount. Either Tito’s gonna have to do a lot of fights to pay this back or Jenna’s gonna have to come out of retirement.
