According to reports Lupe Fuentes has an arrest warrant in her name for her connection with child pornography that involves her ex-husband Pablo Lapiedra. Sources say that Interpol has issued the warrant for the Wicked Contract star in Colombia and document falsification. Pablo was arrested last Thursday.

The investigation began in 2008 after the Federal Bureau of Technical Investigation (BIT) of the Spanish Police, in collaboration with Interpol and Colombia’s National Police, detected a teenage prostitution network operating in Latin American Countries.

The tip-off came from the head of a Medellin institute who was informed by some students that a fellow student was starring in a pornography film. In the film, the 16 year old girl was molested by two men as well as the cameraman. The film was placed on an internet site where it could was sold for download for up to $100. Early investigations show the site was registered under Lapiedra’s wife’s name, Zuleydy Piedrahita (Lupe Fuentes).

Her ex husband claims in the news that Fuentes worked with him and was in charge of casting young women for porn shoots in the towns of Medellin and Bello in Colombia.

So the latest rumor which is starting look more true is that Evan Seinfeld is engaged to Lupe Fuentes. So we decided to do a little comparison with his current squeeze and his ex wife. He was lucky enough to have married Tera Patrick (a feat most people would have probably sold their soul for). Now that he’s divorced her, he is marrying a girl that is equally as HOT, Lupe Fuentes!! Lupe Fuentes loves her coconut drink. We caught her outside on the 6th street bridge on the set of Speed enjoying a nice tall can of All Natural Coconut Juice.  Is it really all natural? Who cares! Oh the things we would do to be that can of coconut juice.

Lupe Fuentes is the newest addition to the Wicked Contract stars lineup. The sultry latina will be starring in 4 movies over the next 12 months.

Fuentes said she is looking forward to performing in Wicked’s big movies and bringing her own brand of sexuality to the pictures.

Lupe Fuents saves a fan from a 20 year sentence in jail. Carlos Simon Timmerman was set to face a 20 year sentence for possession of illegal possession and transportation of images involving minors – under the age of 18 – engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Carlos was on a trip in Valenzuela and came across some early movies of Lupe at a local flea market. He purchased them DVD and was arrested while returning home on August 11, 2009, on a stopover in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The DVD, Little Lupe the Innocent: Don’t Be Fooled By Her Baby Face, among other DVDs, was seized by the United States government and Carlos was arrested.

He spent nearly two months in jail and his public defenders were seemingly defeated. The Federal Government and the United States Attorneys Office presented the testimony of a Special Agent of Immigration and Customs Enforcement that deals with child pornography and child exploitation cases. She testified that Lupe was “definitely” under the age of 18.  The government then presented the testimony of a pediatrician, who also assured the courts that she was 100% sure that Lupe was underage.

Just when it seemed like all hope was lost, Carlos’ legal team contact Lupe via myspace and she flew down to Puerto Rico on April 7th, 2010 and provided the jury and judge with copies of documents showing her birth date, and dates of production for the Little Lupe DVD. The prosecution’s case was discredited and they moved to dismiss all charges against Carlos.

Here’s a bit of statistic for you all:  Of all criminal cases in Puerto Rico, only about 3% go to trial. Of those, only 1-2% will win with the help of a public defender.

Now Carlos can finally go home and enjoy his Lupe DVD that has cost him so much.

Evan Seinfeld fired back at Tera Patrick’s  comments about him choosing porn over her by saying he chose “freedom.” Freedom from what? Maybe it was the freedom to go mess around with Lupe Fuentes. The sexy lady has been spotted at several hollywood events with the recently divorced tattooed ex of Tera. Is this his way of coping with the divorce? Lucky guy….
