Well it seems that Lupe and her ex were wanted by the Columbian government for being involved in filiming and distributing child pornography. They are also charged with forging age verification documents.
Now while Lupe remains a fugitive at large, her ex husband has been caught and serving jail time in Hungary awaiting extradition paperwork to be filed by the Columbian government.

According to the real TMZ, Raul Armenteros a.k.a Ramon from Bang Bus, was arrested earlier this week when police officers found a small zoo of animals locked inside his parked van baking under the Miami sun. Ramon and his friend were arrested on the spot and he has been charged with 22 counts of animal cruelty.
According to reports he had 8 roosters, 4 guinea hens, 4 pigeons, 4 goats, and 1 duck locked up inside his van. The goats were tied up in plastic bags and one was already dead by the time cops arrived.
Both Ramon and his friend are still in custody on $110,000 bail.
Lexi Swallow was popped recently for driving under the influence. She was popped Thursday morning for failing to signal. While stopped, the pig ummm…officer discovered a weird smell from her breath.
She was given a breathalyzer, blew a .09 and was arrested for a DUI. Her reps say she has every intention to fight the case. Will she win or will she swallow it like she did in “My First Orgy 2?” Only time will tell….
SUP69 has learned that the bad boy of porn, Derrick Pierce, was recently arrested and booked for driving on a suspended license. Derrick was stopped and booked by the LAPD Van Nuys division on 6/8/2011 at around 2:00 o’ clock and was taken into custody. He was released the day after and will have to appear in court next week to face the Judge regarding his wreck less abandonment for the California driving code.

Montana Fisburne has a team of lawyers who have shot Brian Pumper several letters demanding his production company stop the sale of Phatty’s Rhymes and Dimes 14. The tape has footage of Montana and Brian Pumper engaging in some XXX fun. The letters state that Montana never signed a release for Brian to use the material that they shot.
Fishburne tells TMZ that the reason she consented to Brian shooting footage of them getting it on was because he offered to help her practice for her Vivid Entertainment debut.

Former porn performer and UFC fighter War Machine plead guilty to two charges of assault by means of a deadly weapon to bar brawl in San Diego earlier this year. The Judge sentenced him to a year in jail for felony assault and gave him 3 years probation. The Judge also banned him from drinking alcohol during his probation — or going into any establishments where “alcohol is the main focus.” But he can still have sex right? Maybe come back into the industry? That is…if anyone still wishes to shoot him.
