Sandra Bullock and Jesse James  is in a nasty custody battle with her husband’s ex wife, Janine Lindemulder.  Jesse James has thrown the first legal punch in Orange County by asking a judge to rule on whether Janine will be a fit mother.  Janine remains in a halfway house in L.A till the end of the year.
