Ron Jeremy visits the Rock Church

A porn news website is the last place you would expect to hear about a new church. However, on Sunday, June 10^th, porn star Ron Jeremy paid a visit to the Rock Church.

What is the Rock Church, you might ask? Well, it’s an attempt to engage a new generation of Christians in spirituality. With live music, a flashy website, and other events underway, Ron Jeremy’s recent visit is just one of many things the church is doing to draw attention to itself.

During his visit to the church, Ron Jeremy engaged in a light-hearted debate with Craig Gross from XXX Church, a porn addiction recovery center. The pair have engaged in something called The Great Porn Debate regularly at events across the world, although Sunday’s event was a break from their normally angry banter.

Various Biblical references were brought up by both sides to argue the importance of porn and of the celebrity image in general. The end result of the debate was that Sunday morning church-goers got to watch a famous porn star talk to a pastor. That’s a story to tell the grandkids.

For those who care, Ron Jeremy is Jewish, although he admits that he is unsure what exactly to believe. Meanwhile, Craig Gross of XXX Church wants to prevent people from being trapped in a pornographic lifestyle, and tries to heal those who have been ensnared by porn addiction.
